Balboa Water Group (BWG) is a Downstream User as defined by the requirements of the European Union (EU) Regulation – Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

Based on the information provided to BWG by its raw material suppliers and our formulation, BWG believes that its products do not contain Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC), nor are any such substances present in its products above the applicable threshold (0.1%) as published by the European Chemical Agency in accordance with Article 59 (10) of the REACH Regulation as of the last listing, January 15th 2018. Raw materials continued to be compiled and this document will be updated when there are changes to the EU Candidate List of substances or if there are product composition changes that would require that additional information be provided.
The above statement is based on our current level of knowledge provided by our suppliers. The information provided in this declaration is correct to the best of BWG’s awareness, information, and belief at the date of its publication.
